Today was another long day… calling people… stalking planners… and of course, driving endlessly. This photo was taken on a small hill in the Marbella Golf Course in San Juan Capistrano. This SCE tower is a perfect location for a new cell site. My next mission — getting people to buy off on it — this means more people to call and planners to stalk.
